Currently, most of our sales are for digital event tickets or registrations. After a successful payment, you’ll receive confirmation by email within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

If you experience issues with your digital ticket or need help accessing it, contact us at info@theoltonproject.com with your order details.

For future physical products (such as academy shirts or bags), we will update this policy to include delivery methods, costs, and timeframes. Physical items will typically be dispatched within 7–10 working days of purchase.
