Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim for all visitors and customers to be satisfied with their experience at The Olton Project.
1.1 Digital Tickets and Events
Refunds for digital tickets are generally only provided if an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. If you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review your request.
1.2 Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product (such as academy merchandise), you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days if the item is damaged or faulty. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
1.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@theoltonproject.com with your order number and details. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days once approved.
